We're expanding our Product team and looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our eBilling product domain. In this role, you'll drive the full product lifecycle—from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration—for a set of impactful, customer-facing features. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Client Success to bring scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions to life for our global client base.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a relatively new function at PERSUIT, with the chance to influence product direction and shape experiences for some of the world's largest enterprises.
- Lead discovery, research, and definition of new features within the eBilling domain.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, user stories, and epics in JIRA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Revenue teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Manage the product backlog, continuously refining priorities based on user feedback, data, and business needs.
- Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for your product areas, and track impact post-release.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute to strategic thinking alongside the Product Group Manager to align product work with broader company goals.
Who You Are:
You have...
- 5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of shipping impactful product features end-to-end.
- Strong discovery skills, including conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and validating hypotheses.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile product development processes.
- An execution-focused mindset and strong ownership mentality.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A passion for building thoughtful, customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with eBilling, matter/case management, or Fintech/LegalTech products.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale client environments, including Fortune 100/500.
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$165,000, based on experience.
