What You’ll Do
As a Member Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of connection for our members and guests.
Your Responsibilities Include
- Guiding guests through the Perspire experience and educating them on the benefits of infrared sauna therapy
- Recommending the right membership based on each guest’s goals and lifestyle
- Building relationships with members and helping them stay consistent with their recovery routine
- Reaching out to prospective members through calls, texts, and follow-ups in our CRM
- Conducting studio tours and answering questions about services and memberships
- Booking reservations and helping members plan their next visits
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment and preparing sauna suites for the next guest
