This is a position to work from two Perspire Sauna Studio locations in NYC: our Flatiron studio (50 West 23rd St., New York, NY - Manhattan) and our Williamsburg studio (191 N 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY). You will be working 4 to 5 shifts per week of 6 to 8 hours in length, based on a monthly schedule which may include weekday evenings and weekends.

Here's what you’ll do as a Sales Associate:
- Enthusiastically greet and engage with all guests in studio and connect with each one on a personal level. This is the most important aspect of the job!
- Administer studio tours and education on the benefits of sauna/contrast therapy.
- Promote the benefits of infrared saunas, contrast therapy, red light therapy, and the value of having a monthly membership
- Sell memberships, packages and retail products with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere to reach monthly sales goals
- Proactively reach out with high energy to prospective new guests and past guests by phone, text and email using our established processes and software
- Attend community outreach events in the studio's neighborhood to promote the studio and sign up new leads
- Multitask while manage bookings, check ins/outs, membership changes, product inventory, and inbound communications at the front desk.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties
- Prior experience in customer facing roles
- An innate interest for health, wellness and fitness
- A high degree of confidence and enthusiasm
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- A competitive and goal-oriented nature, driven to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- A consistently positive, team player and no-job-is-too-small attitude
- Availability to work 32 hours per week
- Mindbody Software software experience is a plus!

- Ongoing 1:1 support and coaching sessions with your manager
- Unlimited use our Infrared Saunas / Red Light Therapy for yourself and once per month for a friend
- Free workouts and discounted services at neighboring businesses
- Regular pay raises and growth opportunities to management roles
- A general manager and studio owner who knows your name and is always reachable
- Starting pay of $18 per hour, paid every 2 weeks, with successful training completion plus any applicable commissions on sales.
- Automatic pay raises of $0.50/hour every 4 months up to $20/hour, subject to a perfect track record of on-time attendance, professionalism and compliance with company policies and procedures.
