We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Must have ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20lbs.
  
  
  

Hiring immediately 20-35 hours per week

Available nights and/or weekends is a must!

Pay rate: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience) plus commission
