- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
- A confident, outgoing, and professional personality
- Sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new guests
- A positive team-player mindset
- A verifiable history of reliability and strong attendance
- The ability to stay organized, focused, and calm in a fast-paced environment
- A results-oriented mindset and willingness to be coached
- Confidently selling memberships, packages, and wellness services
- Educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and consistent wellness routines
- Providing studio tours for new guests
- Converting first-time visitors into long-term members
- Following up with leads and guests through our CRM
- Booking reservations and follow-up appointments
- Welcoming members and creating a relaxed, professional studio experience
- Answering questions about services, memberships, and studio policies
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready studio
- Turning over sauna suites between appointments
- Supporting towel organization, laundry flow, and general studio operations
