- We are currently seeking someone with ultimate flexibility in their schedule to start working as a back-up to cover various shifts for our existing team. Hours may likely increase as the schedule permits. Current work time may include early mornings, evenings and weekends as we are open 7 days week from 7am-9pm.
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility and promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
- Support other duties and team members as assigned
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members
- Results-driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets
- Superior customer service skills to mediate all situations with a calm, helpful demeanor
