We Offer

Below are our current available shifts:

• We are currently seeking someone who is available on weekends (including Sunday morning). Other days of the week may become available over time.
  
  
  

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility and promptly turn over the sauna room when the guests exit, ensuring that it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Support other duties and team members as assigned

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members
• Results-driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets
• Superior customer service skills to mediate all situations with a calm, helpful demeanor
• Consistent track record of being reliable and punctual
• Helpful team player with a no-job-is-too-small attitude
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for your own actions
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and prioritization skills
