Here’s What You’ll Be Asked To Do
- Sell with Conviction: Confidently present the science-backed benefits of Infrared Saunas, and upsell memberships and sauna packages to drive recurring revenue and long-term brand loyalty
- Build Relationships and Convert Leads: Engage in proactive community outreach and respond to inquiries to book new members
- Lead Tours: Conduct immersive, high-touch studio tours for prospective guests
- Know Your Guest: Review guest profiles, preferences, and histories prior to arrival to prepare personalized welcomes and tailored amenities
- Guide the Experience: Help guests navigate services with expert knowledge; Customize their sessions, services, enhancements, and wellness packages to align with their specific goals
- Represent the Brand: Act as a face of the brand at off-site activations (e.g. like-minded wellness oriented businesses, luxury hotel partnerships, or pop-up trunk shows, etc), engaging potential clients and booking future appointments
- Support the Team: Function as a member of the studio team through miscellaneous tasks and daily operations including sales and back-of-house duties
- Own the Floor: Curate and maintain a flawless front of house environment that reflects our luxury brand standards
- Turn Rooms with Care: Promptly turn over sauna rooms between guests ensuring proper housekeeping standards are met and prepped for the next appointment
- Sweat the Small Stuff: Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process, and create towel bundles for guest accessibility
- Set the Scene: Maintain pristine, visually stunning retail displays and event setups that reflect the studio's brand standards

- Hospitality Experience: 3 Years in a high end spa, hotel, retail or related hospitality field required
- Sales Skills: Proven experience working in an environment with KPIs, sales goals and consultative upselling
- Warm and Attentive Presence: Experience within a proactive high-touch environment where recommendations are seamlessly woven into the guest experience
- Heart and Energy: A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail, prior experience with internal reporting and familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Active Listening: Strong ability to listen intently, capture intricate guest preferences and document details thoroughly to ensure zero communication gaps
- Proven Track Record: A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
- Team-First Attitude: A consistently awesome team-player attitude
- Flexible Availability: Evening and weekend availability is a must
