- Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to our infrared sauna and wellness services
- Present and sell memberships and packages
- Follow up with leads through our CRM by phone and text
- Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
- Build relationships with prospective and existing members
- Answer questions about services, memberships, and reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
- Clean and reset sauna rooms between sessions and maintain towel/supply areas
- Confident, outgoing, positive, and personable
- Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
- Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Evening and weekend availability
