Assistant Studio Manager – Perspire Sauna Studio

We're looking for an upbeat, organized, and caring Assistant Studio Manager who believes in our mission and wants to help others experience the benefits of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and contrast therapy.

Studio Hours & Scheduling
The studio's hours of operation are:
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The Assistant Studio Manager will work a mix of opening and closing shifts (approximately 7 hours each) with scheduling flexibility and a maximum of 35 hours per week. Overtime is not available.

What You'll Do
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences — greeting guests, conducting tours, and sharing the benefits of our wellness offerings to help each person find the right membership for their goals.
- Support and motivate team members to meet sales and service objectives, ensuring a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the studio.
- Connect with and follow up with potential guests using our communication system to convert interest into memberships and build lasting relationships.
- Oversee daily studio operations, using our Mindbody system to check members in and out, monitor session flow, and ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain the studio's cleanliness and organization — including resetting sauna rooms after use, restocking towels, and ensuring rooms are prepared to members' preferences.
Collaborate with ownership to execute marketing initiatives, uphold brand standards, and support community outreach.
