What we do:
- Convert leads into first visits
- Personalize the guest's sauna experience
- Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm
- Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
- Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
- Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Contribute daily to studio metrics
Shift:
- Opening shift, starts 6:35 am
- 6-8 hours per shift
- Part -time; primarily solo shift
- Must be available either Saturday or Sunday
- Cross-training for closing shift is available for someone with more flexibility
