Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, and providing behavioral therapy. Perspectives Corporation is hiring immediately in Northern RI, specifically: Providence, East Providence, North Providence, and Warwick for 6 to 12 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed clinician
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Skills:
- Experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Basic to fluent in American Sign Language

Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of college level education or currently be enrolled in a minimum of 6 college credits
- Favorable background check, driving record and DCYF clearance
- Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle
