Perspectives Counseling of Long Island is a clinician-led psychotherapy practice serving adults, children, and families across Long Island. We are seeking warm, dedicated clinicians to provide in-person and hybrid psychotherapy services in a supportive, collaborative environment. What We’re Looking For

• Licensed LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC in New York State
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Warm, empathic therapeutic presence
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
• Availability for in-person sessions in Port Jefferson
• Some evening and/or weekend availability

What We Offer

• Flexible clinical caseloads
• Part-time: 15–20 clinical hours/week
• Full-time: 30 clinical hours/week
• Hybrid model: primarily in-person psychotherapy with some telehealth
• Private office space and steady client referrals
• Weekly clinical supervision with an experienced LCSW
• Supportive mentorship for clinicians building confidence, developing their clinical voice, or transitioning from other professional backgrounds
• Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
