Role Description
This is a part-time (15hrs/wk) hybrid role for a Therapist based in Piscataway, NJ, with the option for remote work on certain days. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients in accordance with evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, formulating treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and offering culturally sensitive care. Additionally, the role may involve supporting clients facing trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or other mental health challenges, with access to both virtual and in-person service formats.
Supervision for LACs is include. LSW must have a current clinical supervisor for supervision.

Qualifications
- Licensed therapist credentials; LCSW/LSW, LPC/LAC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent required in New Jersey
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as DBT, CBT, and mindfulness
- Strong skills in active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Expertise in supporting diverse populations, including BIPOC individuals, children, adolescents, and women
- Ability to create individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed clinical documentation
- Familiarity or interest in trauma-informed care, anxiety management, and life transition challenges
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Values collaboration and is committed to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with both in-office and virtual sessions
