Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager for an Adult Residential Services program to oversee the operations of our long-term care facilities.
The Program Manager is responsible for supervising the work of Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Site/Field Supervisors ensuring that agency policies and procedures are implemented while upholding company core values and mission. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for program oversight and ensuring the delivery of quality services. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training and developing DSPs and providing clear job expectations, feedback and coaching regarding performance regularly, as well as conducting annual performance evaluations.
