Perspectives Corporation is hiring immediately for Part-Time Direct Support Professionals to work in our Employment & Transitional School Services programs!
Part-time positions are available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-3:00pm!
This position is responsible for providing assistance in maintaining employment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through direct support, increased independence to accurately carry out job duties, social support, problem-solving, and development of on-the-job supports.
In Transitional School Services, this role will focus on the vocational needs of students who are in their final years of high school, by ensuring that the student’s goals from their Individual Education Plans are carried out across all environments and settings

Minimal Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable and insured vehicle and favorable driving record
- Must have a favorable background check
- Certification in ACRE/State approved training, CESP OR willingness to complete an ACRE or state approved job coach training program
- Must have person-centered approach
