- Execute day-to-day plumbing tasks across a variety of Commercial & Industrial projects
- Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications and codes
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and state building codes
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades
- Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers when appropriate
- Uphold our core values in all aspects of work
- Current Master, Journeyman or Apprentice plumbing license in the State of Alabama
- 2 years of plumbing experience
- knowledge of plumbing code requirements, processes, and procedures
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and construction tasks
