- Install complete HVAC systems, including line sets, condensate drains, and electrical feeds to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for diverse commercial and industrial clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across various HVAC systems
- Perform precision testing to locate refrigerant leaks and implement appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot diverse service challenges, source replacement parts, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments and customers regarding work progress, parts procurement, and status updates
- Champion our company safety culture and embody our core values in every customer interaction
- Embrace continuous learning through company-provided training on cutting-edge industry technologies
- 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while prioritizing safety and quality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Someone who can lead with, and live, our Core Values
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment, and work from heights on ladders or lifts
- Resilience to work effectively in various weather conditions
