We are actively hiring multiple experienced Chiller Technicians with strong technical expertise to join our growing Industrial Mechanical Division. Key Responsibilities

• Install complete HVAC systems, including line sets, condensate drains, and electrical feeds to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for diverse commercial and industrial clients
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues with electronic, mechanical, and electrical components across various HVAC systems
• Perform precision testing to locate refrigerant leaks and implement appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot diverse service challenges, source replacement parts, and calibrate systems to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal departments and customers regarding work progress, parts procurement, and status updates

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and air handlers
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, electrical schematics, and control drawings
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while prioritizing safety and quality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment, and work from heights on ladders or lifts
• Resilience to work effectively in various weather conditions
