Job Summary

Personnel Staffing Inc. is currently hiring for multiple positions throughout Marshall County, Alabama. We have opportunities available in manufacturing, automotive assembly, welding, fabrication, machine operation, recycling, sanitation, and general labor.

Current Job OpeningsManufacturing & Assembly

1. Wood Assembler

• Location: Boaz, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include assembling wood components, using hand tools, following work instructions, and inspecting finished products.

2. Paper Plate Manufacturing Associate

• Location: Albertville, AL
• Shift: Swing shift
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include assisting with paper plate production, monitoring equipment, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

3. Machine Operator

• Location: Arab, AL
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, checking product quality, and meeting production goals.

4. Automotive Assembler

• Location: Albertville, AL
• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts
• Pay: $15.30–$18.10 per hour
• Responsibilities include assembling automotive components, following production instructions, inspecting parts, and maintaining quality standards.

Welding, Fabrication & Skilled Trades

5. Welder/Grinder

• Location: Boaz, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include welding metal components, grinding welds, preparing materials, and inspecting finished work. Previous welding experience preferred.

6. CNC Machine Operator

• Location: Boaz, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include operating CNC machinery, following production specifications, monitoring machine performance, and inspecting finished components. Previous CNC experience preferred.

7. Wheel Demount Operator

• Location: Boaz, AL
• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts
• Pay: $18.00–$19.50 per hour
• Responsibilities include operating wheel demounting equipment, handling materials, following safety procedures, and maintaining an organized work area.

8. Welder/Fabricator

• Location: Guntersville, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include welding and fabricating metal components, measuring materials, using shop tools, and following fabrication specifications.

General Labor, Service & Recycling

9. Gas Station Attendant

• Location: Albertville, AL
• Shift: 3rd shift
• Pay: $13.50 per hour
• Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and completing routine duties during overnight hours.

10. Part-Time Shred Technician

• Location: Albertville, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $10.00–$15.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include operating or assisting with shredding equipment, handling paper materials, maintaining a clean work area, and following document-handling and safety procedures.

11. Shop Laborer

• Location: Guntersville, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Pay: $14.00–$18.00 per hour
• Responsibilities include assisting with general shop duties, moving materials, keeping work areas organized, and supporting production and fabrication operations.

12. Sanitation Worker

• Location: Guntersville, AL
• Shift: 1st shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Pay: $12.50 per hour
• Responsibilities include collecting and sorting recyclable materials, removing waste, maintaining facility cleanliness, and following sanitation and safety procedures.
