What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Personnel Specialists?
PS Companies is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to help support our client's open records department. This will be a longer term assignment that can provide great work experience!
Pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
- Locating division records, which includes communicating with staff located statewide
- Scanning, uploading, redacting and issuing open records requests
- General administrative assistance as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of related job experience and or training
- Strong communication skills to be able to work well with internal team members
- Computer experience preferred
Work Schedule: 40 hr/wk @ 8 hr/day Mon-Fri flexible hours between 8 AM-4:30 PM
