Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Experience
- 5 years proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role within an organization required.
- Hands-on experience with various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with l accounting standards, account reconciliation procedures, and bank reconciliation processes
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation tasks efficiently
- Excellent understanding of debits & credits, journal entries, and financial report writing
- Demonstrated ability to handle accounts payable/receivable functions accurately
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred but not required.
- Will consider recent Bachelor's degreed graduates
