Job Description

This position is responsible for collecting revenue and for the daily stocking, rotating, and pulling of products at customer locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily visits to the company’s customer locations to deliver our products and collect revenue.
• Examine stock to verify conformance to quality specifications.
• Stock and rotate our products at customer locations.
• Perform essential functions in a time sensitive manner due to customer locations requesting that servicing not be performed during "peak" hours of operations.
• Accurately document the amount of products or items received, distributed, or set aside due to damage or "out-or-date".
• Adjust or replace worn or defective POS.
• Participate in on-the-job training related to the company procedures regarding the merchandiser job duties.
• Help to ensure a safe and clean working area by discarding trash and empty boxes prior to leaving each customer account.
• Perform job duties in a safe, considerate manner.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid Alaska driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of auto insurance (SR22 is not acceptable).
• Must have and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC).
• Working knowledge of the beverage industry or grocery retail experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work with very little direct supervision.

• Must regularly lift 25-50 pounds and occasionally move, push, or pull up to 250 pounds (loaded hand cart or pallet).
• Operates a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products all in a safe manner.
