Seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laboratory Technician Apprentices in a forensic drug testing laboratory. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a specialized trade while working directly with biological samples and laboratory instrumentation in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment.

DUTIES:

• Accession and accurately log incoming donor samples into the system
• Prepare and process samples (urine, hair, and oral fluid) for laboratory analysis
• Assist in operating laboratory instrumentation (training provided)
• Maintain strict chain-of-custody and documentation standards
• Follow all laboratory protocols, procedures, and safety regulations
• Support quality control processes and daily workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior lab experience required; lab, medical, or hands-on technical experience is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to stay focused and consistent in a fast-paced setting
