- Temporary assignment lasting 6-8 weeks

Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact at the HR front desk, providing professional and friendly reception coverage
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Perform accurate data entry across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Prepare, format, and manage documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF tools
- Provide general administrative support, including scanning, copying, and document distribution
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience required
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF editing and electronic filing systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Be professional in appearance and demeanor
- Be drug-free and pass a background check
