We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Restoration Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll work on residential properties affected by water and fire damage, assisting with clean-up, demolition, mitigation, and light construction tasks. $18–$24/hr based on experience, Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k) included.
Requirements

Perform water and fire damage clean-up and mitigation

Assist with demolition and light construction work

Set up and operate drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)

Help maintain a safe and organized job site

Support team members and adapt to changing workloads as needed

Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred

Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment
