Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and guide them through the mortgage process from start to finish.
- Assist customers in accurately completing loan applications while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and bank policy standards.
- Review, assess, and document consumer loan requests to ensure they meet established lending criteria and minimize risk to the bank.
- Analyze financial information, underwrite applications within authorized limits, and make sound lending decisions to support both client needs and bank objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate professionals, and community partners to generate ongoing business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and supporting clients throughout the approval and closing process.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of mortgage origination experience with a proven record of success.
- An established book of clientele and the ability to cultivate new business relationships.
- Active NMLS license required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
