Are you a skilled CNC Machinist ready to work with precision and independence? We’re looking for experienced professionals who can program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes without supervision. This is a great opportunity to join a company that values your expertise and gives you the tools and environment to thrive. Shifts: 2nd 2:30pm–10:30pm| 3rd 10:30pm–6:30am. Company located in Menomonee Falls.
Requirements:
- Complete setup, programming, and operation of CNC mills and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product accuracy.
- Maintain production quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and make machine adjustments as needed.
- 3 years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to perform full setups and write/edit CNC programs (G-code or conversational).
- Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and tolerances.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
