As a Pharmacist at PersonalRX, your responsibilities may vary depending on your experience, but core duties include:
- Conduct pre-check dispensing activities
- Final verification of prescriptions
- Dispense controlled and non-controlled medications
- Review and rebill claims to optimize reimbursement
- Support Quality Assurance and reshipment processes
- Assist pharmacy technicians and collaborate across departments
- Handle urgent patient calls (pharmacist on-call line)
- Take verbal prescriptions from healthcare providers
- Manage prescription transfers (in/out)
- NJ Pharmacist License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses over time (Company-supported)
- Must be able to commute to or relocate to East Rutherford, NJ
- $55–$65 per hour (based on experience)
- Annual reviews and potential bonuses based upon individual & company performance
