As a Pharmacist at PersonalRX, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing pre-check dispensing activities and final prescription verification
- Dispensing controlled and non-controlled medications
- Reviewing and rebilling claims to ensure optimal reimbursement
- Supporting Quality Assurance initiatives and reshipment processes
- Assisting pharmacy technicians and collaborating across departments
- Handling urgent patient calls via the pharmacist on-call line
- Taking verbal prescriptions from prescribers
- Managing prescription transfers (incoming and outgoing)
- Active New Jersey Pharmacist License (required)
- 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses over time (company-supported)
- Ability to commute to or relocate to East Rutherford, NJ
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- $55–$65 per hour, based on experience
- Annual performance reviews with bonus potential
