What You'll Do
- Assist our orthodontists with daily clinical procedures and patient care.
- Prepare patients for orthodontic appointments and ensure a comfortable, positive experience.
- Assist with braces, clear aligners, impressions, digital scans, and other orthodontic procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and follow sterilization protocols.
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment and oral hygiene.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to keep the day running efficiently.
- Help create a welcoming, upbeat environment for patients of all ages.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience.
- Previous orthodontic assisting experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
