Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN or LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in a patient’s home setting. This is a low-ratio environment with a focus on quality care and consistency.
This position is ideal for nurses who prefer a calmer, structured night shift with the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
Female caregiver preferred due to client comfort with personal care.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Shifts available Thursday through Sunday
- Flexible scheduling (1–3 shifts per week)
- Consistent weekly schedule once assigned
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care per Plan of Care
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Patient assessment and documentation (Alora EMR experience a plus)
- Assist with ADLs as needed
- Monitor for changes in condition and report appropriately
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN or LPN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Home health or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
