Private Duty Nurse Needed (LPN or RN)
We’re looking for a nurse for a patient who enjoys staying busy and active throughout the day. This is not a “sit-down” type of case — the patient enjoys being outdoors, working on projects, and staying involved in hands-on activities.
Schedule:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Sunday availability
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Dependable
- Down-to-earth
- Comfortable in active environments
- Able to keep up with an on-the-go patient

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care per Plan of Care
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Patient assessment and documentation (Alora EMR experience a plus)
- Assist with ADLs as needed
- Monitor for changes in condition and report appropriately
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee RN or LPN license (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Home health or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
