Our Dublin, Ohio showroom is more than a retail location — it is an interactive Pilates experience center where customers can explore luxury Pilates reformers, learn about equipment, test machines in person, and receive personalized consultations based on their fitness goals, space, and lifestyle.

The environment is energetic, supportive, fast-paced, and team-oriented. Every day includes a mix of showroom consultations, customer phone calls, follow-ups, education, and helping customers select the right Pilates equipment for their needs.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultation & Support Specialist to join our Ohio team.

This role combines:

• Showroom sales consultations
• Customer support
• Phone and online sales assistance
• Product education
• Relationship building

You will help customers understand the benefits of Pilates reformers, compare different models, explain accessories and features, and guide them through the purchasing process with confidence and care.

• Welcome and assist customers in the Dublin showroom
• Answer customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Provide personalized Pilates equipment recommendations
• Explain reformer features, differences, and benefits
• Support online and phone sales consultations
• Follow up with leads and customers professionally
• Help maintain showroom organization and presentation
• Work closely with the operations and support teams
• Create a positive and educational customer experience
