Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Personal Warehouse® project from conception through completion of the sales and
leasing cycle.
- Manage to quarterly and annual sales goal.
- The Sales Associate assumes ownership of a project and all the relationships and bears
ultimate responsibility for the successful sales cycle from project conception to close-out.
- Draft contracts and leases and work with each buyer and their representatives and
tenant to ensure successful execution.
Effectively manage relationships with local affiliate/external brokers utilizing and implementing sales
strategies for project success.
- Effectively communicate to ensure fluency in Personal Warehouse® policy and
strategies.
- Cultivate new leads and develop relationships within the local broker community to
promote Personal Warehouse®.
Travel:
• Travel for training, open houses/ events and to tour project(s) as needed.
• Relocation to future development projects after 3 month training program.
Requirements:
• Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business administration, marketing, communication) or
equivalent Real Estate experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Promotions, Real Estate, and/or Sales is
preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software / database.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills in person and on the telephone.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to manage own time to meet goals and objectives.
• Ability to think creatively and anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
