Job Title: Leasing Specialist
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour DOE plus commission.
Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday with occasional weekend availability needed. Alternate schedules may be considered based on business needs and the right candidate.
Location: Fargo, ND

We're looking for a people-first, sales-driven Leasing Specialist who thrives on building relationships, creating exceptional customer experiences, and helping prospective residents find the perfect place to call home. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Building relationships with prospective residents through exceptional customer service.
- Responding to phone, email, and online inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Conducting property tours that help prospects picture themselves at home.
- Following up with leads and converting inquiries into signed leases.
- Educating applicants on the leasing process and community offerings.
- Traveling throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area to show available homes.
- Collaborating with teammates to create an outstanding resident experience.
- Assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.
- Supporting administrative tasks including but not limited to application processing and lease signings.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for helping people and building genuine relationships.
- Confidence in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to travel throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.
