Qualifications and skills:
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and procedures
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to respond to diverse cultural and language needs
- Basic computer skills
- Current RN license (Oklahoma or multistate compact)
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS certifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (bachelor's preferred)
- Level 1 pediatric ICU experience and CVICU/NICU experience preferred
