We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join an outpatient practice near Indianapolis.

- Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care with a broad case mix including RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, and biologic management.
- Support a busy infusion program and maintain access and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with dedicated nursing and infusion staff.
- Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a 4.5-day workweek.
- Medical license in Indiana (IMLC eligible).
- Ability to support J-1 and H-1B sponsorship.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Experience in general rheumatology preferred.
- Base salary starting at $300,000, with productivity incentives.
- Sign-on bonus of $25,000 and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
- Full benefits package including retirement, health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Eligible for PSLF programs.
- Support for Indiana medical license.
