Registered Nurse Supervisor - PRN

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join our Nursing Administration team in Orange, TX, on a PRN basis. In this leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate staff during off-hours and weekends.

As a House Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include

• oversight of clinical activities and staff management during your shift
• acting as the point of contact for patient concerns and staff issues
• ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• conducting immediate problem resolution and escalating concerns as needed
