Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in a team environment
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
- Support professional development and mentorship
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross
- ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications (for select units) within 6 months of hire
- Preferred: Bachelor’s of Nursing and applicable specialty certification
