Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for patients and families.
- Maintain competency aligned with current standards and integrate evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to professional development of peers, promote safety, and supervise staff in patient care.
- Document thoroughly and timely, and perform other duties as needed.
- Recognize and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid IL RN license, CPR/BLS, with ACLS, PALS, NRP within 90 days.
- At least one year of experience as a staff nurse preferred; strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Reliable transportation for floating between facilities.
