Role & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare services to pediatric patients with low acuity and GTube needs.
- Ensure clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care, documentation, and patient support.
- Utilize electronic documentation tools via tablets in patient homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, or PRN, with day, night, and weekend shifts.
