- Conducting histories, exams, and prescribing treatments for patients aged 2 and older.
- Providing comprehensive, person-focused healthcare services, including preventive and primary care.
- Overseeing clinical practices, developing goals, and driving outcomes across programs.
- Developing clinical and administrative policies to enhance service quality.
- Mentoring staff, supporting physician recruitment, and partnering with teams to increase member engagement.
- Serving as a clinical expert and collaborative physician for advanced providers.
- Performing other duties to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
- Licensed to practice medicine in relevant states with current DEA and state narcotic licenses if applicable.
- Board certification or eligibility, with certification within one year of hire.
- CPR/BLS or ACLS certification meeting AHA standards.
- 3-5 years’ experience in family practice, emergency, or occupational health, plus 3 years leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience using electronic medical records.
