- Educate patients and families on recovery processes and mobility strategies.
- Ensure safe and effective patient discharges.
- Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience in orthopedic or acute care settings.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
