Role: Registered Nurse in Level III NICU

Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill and premature newborns
  • Monitor complex medical equipment and administer medications accurately
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate and support families throughout their care journey

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current nursing licensure and relevant experience in neonatal care preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
  • Knowledge of neonatal medical equipment and procedures
  • Compassionate approach to patient and family support
