- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Document care accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and support individualized care plans.
- Follow infection-prevention practices and clinical policies.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and service-focused team environment.
- Current state LVN licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
- Related healthcare experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
