- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitoring and assessing residents, reporting changes to the RN and physician
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members including physicians and therapists
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Promoting resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
- Responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Participating in care planning, education, and quality improvement activities
- Active LPN license in Florida
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
