Licensed Clinical Therapist (Youth)

The Youth Clinical Therapist provides diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management for youth, supporting sobriety, mental health, and overall wellbeing.

• Proficient in DSM-5 assessments for children, teens, and adults, with experience in diverse clinical modalities.
• Conducts face-to-face and community-based therapy sessions, maintaining thorough records and meeting productivity goals.
• Maintains knowledge of community resources to support clients' needs in various areas.
• Requires a counseling or social work degree, valid Ohio or Michigan license, 2 years of relevant experience, and valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, reaching, and operating a vehicle.
  
  

Compensation ranges from $58,000-$70,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of $3,500 after 6 months. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. The role is hybrid remote in Oregon, OH.
