Geriatric Primary Care Provider (Full-Time)

Role Overview: The position involves providing primary care in a well-established, outpatient geriatric practice. The provider will collaborate with a dedicated team, utilizing EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot support, and offer minimal call responsibilities with no holidays or weekends.

Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services, support patients with geriatric needs, and coordinate referrals and specialty care. The role emphasizes work-life balance, supported by dedicated staff and marketing resources.

Qualifications & Skills

• Unrestricted Illinois license.
• Board Certified as an APRN or PA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; primary care/family medicine experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred certifications include NCCPA certification and DEA license.
  
  

Education & Experience: A master's degree in biomedical science, psychology, or a related field is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
