Endoscopy Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist to provide technical support, training, and clinical education for endoscopy equipment and procedures in the Upstate NY region, including Buffalo and Rochester, as well as in Oklahoma City, OK.

The Role Involves

• Providing on-site and remote technical assistance to healthcare professionals for endoscopy devices and accessories.
• Delivering comprehensive product training to clinical staff to ensure optimal device utilization and patient safety.
• Assisting in the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of endoscopy equipment to minimize procedure delays and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborating with sales and clinical teams to support product launches and educational initiatives.
• Gathering and reporting feedback from clinical users to inform product improvements and training needs.
