- Prepare, test, and assess new reagents and quality control materials.
- Document preventive maintenance, quality control activities, and deliver accurate test results.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
- At least 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree.
- Proficiency with computers and laboratory information systems.
- Ability to pass color blindness test and handle physical demands.
- Preferred certifications include ASCP or AMT.
- Experience in high-volume laboratory settings is advantageous.
