Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking an experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist Supervisor to lead clinical excellence in the home care setting.
Lead, mentor, and make a lasting impact beyond patient care. In this leadership role, you will oversee Occupational Therapy services, support the development of Occupational Therapists and COTAs, and provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients throughout the New York metropolitan area (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Bronx, Long Island & possibly Westchester).
Pay Rate: $120,000.00-$145,000.00/annually

- Requirements: Active New York State Occupational Therapist license and experience treating both pediatric and adult populations.*

Qualifications:
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist license.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Minimum 2 years of OT experience preferred.
- Home care or home health experience preferred.
- Experience with pediatric and adult populations required.
- Experience with special needs and/or geriatric populations preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support Occupational Therapists and COTAs.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct Occupational Therapy services in the home setting.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support scheduling, caseload management, and clinical problem-solving.
- Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA regulations, and professional standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Patient Services/Rehabilitation.
