This job is a full-time, in-person position, Monday to Friday based out of our New Hyde Park, NY corporate office with remote weekend on-call rotation.

Work Location: On-Site Monday to Friday; remote during scheduled weekend on-call rotation

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 annually

Job Summary: The IT Service Desk Specialist will be working with our service desk team assisting corporate and branch offices with various PC and Software support inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support users with all telephone and email support requests related to Hardware and Software and assure timely and accurate responses/outcomes.

• Help Desk Level 1, 2 and 3.

• Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.

• Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and laptops.

• Track and log all help desk requests, diagnosing activities, and resolutions.

• Assist in hardware and software inventory management.

• Troubleshoot equipment such as network printers, scanners and other peripherals.

• Participate in the development and support of software applications.

• Research computer/software bugs and their solutions.

• Create user accounts, assist field clinicians and office staff with software questions, synching issues, and basic system processes.

• Creating Active Directory accounts, assign file share access, SFTP, and MFA set-up.

• Communicate with others in a polite and professional manner.

• Enthusiastic and adept at learning new systems.

• Participate in on-call support rotation.

• Develop troubleshooting documents/SOP and build knowledge base repository.

• Trouble shoot on-site and mobile devices; laptops, PCs, iPads/iPhones, Hotspot connection, IP phones, etc.

Qualifications:

• Associate, Bachelor degree or relevant work experience.

• Experience with M365, Active Directory

• Admin center

• Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Active Directory Administration

• SharePoint & OneDrive Support

• Microsoft Identity Manager

• Client Onboarding & User Provisioning

• Ticket & Asset Management

• Regulatory Compliance

• Records Management

• Reporting & Documentation

• Windows 11 support

Working Conditions:

• This position typically operates in an office environment.

• May be required to participate in Weekend On-Call Rotation.

• Must be able to lift and stoop effectively to perform the above listed job responsibilities.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
